  • Electrical outlet and wiring coordination
  • Residential and commercial AV installation

All services are based on the information provided by the customer and subject to on-site confirmation.

2. Quotes and Payments

  • Quotes provided online or by phone are estimates.
  • Final pricing may vary based on wall material, wiring conditions, equipment, or complexity.
  • Additional charges apply for concealed wiring, electrical work, specialty mounts, or unexpected structural conditions.
  • Payment is due at service completion unless otherwise agreed.
  • You authorize us to charge for agreed services, materials, and add-ons.


California Business and Professions Code requires accurate disclosure of pricing; we comply fully.

3. Appointment Policies

  • Appointment times may vary based on traffic, job duration, and availability.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You confirm that:

  • You own or have authorization for installation at the property
  • The mounting wall is safe and structurally sound
  • You disclose any known electrical or structural issues
  • Customer-provided equipment is functional and compatible


San Jose TV Install is not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Weak drywall
  • Non-standard construction
  • Unstable furniture or brackets provided by the customer
  • Existing wiring issues

5. Liability Limitations 

To the fullest extent permitted under California law:

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of services performed
  • We are not responsible for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for equipment failure caused by customer-provided mounts, cables, or devices


We do not exclude liability for:

  • Gross negligence
  • Fraud
  • Willful misconduct

6. Warranty

We provide a workmanship warranty on installation labor.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Customer-provided equipment
  • Issues caused by tampering, misuse, or modification after installation
  • Structural issues unrelated to our work

7. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for unlawful purposes
  • Scrape, copy, or reproduce content
  • Attempt to interfere with website functionality
  • Commit any action prohibited under California Business and Professions Code 17500 (false or misleading practices)

8. Intellectual Property
